This series remains an old but gold kind of series even in the 21st century. Originally aired in 1997,Perfect Blueportrayed its protagonist, Mima Kirigoe, who decided it was time to quit being an idol and explore an acting career. Unfortunately, on leaving her idol group CHAM!, everything begins to go haywire as her acting career grows more demanding than she could’ve ever predicted.
