Summary
Main Battle Rifles inCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobileare less commonly used than assault rifles. These longer-range, harder-hitting rifles are really only suited for medium to long-range combat. There are fewer options when it comes tobattle rifles as well.
Something to keep in mind is players who usethe crossplay featuresofWarzonewill have all of their weapons and equipment available to them in both the mobile and desktop versions of the game, as progress is synced across the two.

This list won’t include special weapons that are given as one-off event rewards or anything similar. It only covers the battle rifles that are available to all players.
Delayed Blowback With Selective Control
Recommended Weapon Mods
The Lachmann-762 is one of the only battle rifles inCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobilethat allows the player to select either semi-auto or burst fire modes. The delayed blowback feature does wonders for the accuracy of this battle rifle, even when shooting rapidly.
Mobility and handling are nothing special, but this is a battle rifle; it isn’t intended forrun-and-gun style gameplay. Damage, fire rate, and range are all unremarkable but not terrible. Overall, the Lachmann-762 is an entirely useable battle rifle, but one that is overshadowed by other options.

Single Shot Or Full Auto
The SO-14 is often used by newer players who are still trying to find their preferred role inCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobile. This battle rifle can work equally as well as a long-range weapon in single-shot semi-auto fire mode or as a close-quarters weapon in full auto fire mode. However, it does have fairly low damage for a battle rifle, often outshined by assault rifle alternatives in this department. The rate of fire is nothing special either.
Range, recoil control, and accuracy are all acceptable for a battle rifle, while mobility and handling are quite low, as one would expect for an unwieldy weapon such as a battle rifle. On maps that force players into both long-range and close-range combat, the SO-14 could have a place in any player’s loadout, especially when fully specced with good weapon mods.

A Medium Range Monster
The FTAC Recon is very much like a beefed-up M4 Carbine from theCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobileassault rifle lineup. Designed to be used in mid-range combat, it excels in situations where the player needs good mobility, thanks to its great handling and mobility stats.
Range and accuracy are dialed into the mid-range zone, and this battle riffle will struggle at longer ranges. Damage, accuracy, and recoil all suit rapid fire at medium range as well. For players looking for a flexible weapon for mid-range encounters but with a little more stopping power and accuracy than an assault rifle, the FTAC Recon could be a great choice. However, players should be careful when taking this battle rifle into maps that may force them into long-range engagements more suited toa marksman rifle, as the FTAC Recon will struggle in this role.

Not Suited To Close Combat
The TAQ-V has high damage for a battle rifle inCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobile, and this, combined with high accuracy and good range, means this weapon shines in medium to long-range engagements. The trade-off for this is that this is a battle rifle that is entirely unsuited forshort-range combat.
Fire rate, recoil control, mobility, and handling are all on the low side. What this means, is that this is not a weapon for high-mobility gameplay. Players will want to find a good position and entrench themselves, whilst leveraging the real utility of this battle rifle at range. For this reason, it is not recommended that players select the TAQ-V for their loadout on close-quarters maps.

The Cronen Squall is often nominated as the best battle rifle inCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobile. Alegendary headshot machine, this weapon blurs the line between the main battle rifle and the marksman rifle. With its high damage and good accuracy, this rifle can dominate longer-range engagements due to its stability and high fire rate. However, due to the poor recoil control, players will need to space out their shots.
Mobility and handling are both pretty good, making this a battle rifle that can at least hold its own in close quarters, although there are much better options for CQC in the assault rifle lineup. That being said, if a player is forced into close combat whilst carrying a Cronen Squall, they are only slightly disadvantaged. Overall, it’s a definite contender for the bestCall Of Duty: Warzone Mobilebattle rifle, and for good reason.
