It is only to be expected, of course, that a movie likeGran Turismo, so fully based in the world of cars and racing, should feature a few truly great vehicles over the course of its runtime. The film, based on the story of Jann Mardenborough, tells about aGran Turismogaming enthusiast who wins a competition to become a real racing driver.
Based on a true story, it’s no surprise to see Jann rising through the ranks, getting to drive and see many amazing cars around him. Director Neill Blomkamp, and others who worked on the film, wanted a variety of amazing dream cars to appear. 7Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-1.6 Evolution 1
One of the older models showcased in theGran Turismofilm, this Mercedes has a classic look but still packs a speedy punch today. One of the go-to racing models of the late 80s and early 90s, the 190E is one of the cars that appears during the end credits. These scenes showcase behind-the-scenes footage of the making ofGran Turismogames, whichhave plenty of secrets still being uncovered.

The Evolution 1 range is a little rarer now than it used to be. Originally unveiled in 1989, this classic model is worth around $295,000 nowadays. It is considered already to be a fairly historical figure. Only 502 were made, and the number that are still in good condition is probably far lower than that.
6Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992)
One of the best cars to appear in the film is akin to some of the similar Porsche options that actually appear in theGran Turismogames,which just keep getting more realistic. The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup is one of the most beautifully-designed racing cars to appear throughout the film. Without a doubt, this was sure to be included in the movie adaption.
This Porsche model is worth between $230,000 and $535,000. It’s both beautiful and costly, as well as fast, as shown by its scenes in theGran Turismomovie. This unit is special, as just over 4,000 units were ever made.
5Aston Martin Vantage GT4 (2019)

3Koenigsegg Gemera
One of the most fascinating motor additions to theGran Turismomovie was the Koenigsegg Gemera, a model that hasn’t actually been released yet. Featuring 1700 horsepower, this incredible model is a blend of the best parts of previous famous models. Its sleek design looks almost futuristic in style.
Koenigsegg unveiled the model in 2020, but it has not yet been released, having a production version unveiled in July 2023. This sneak peek of an incredible new car was a real treat for car enthusiasts as they watched theGran Turismomovie.
2Lamborghini Huracan STO
Everybody loves Lamborghini, and this sleek and beautiful racing model is one of their very best. It is shown mostly in the end credits sequence, where Neill Blomkamp included footage showcasing how cars are photographed toadd them toGran Turismogames.
This road-legal model racing car is designed for the sole purpose of speed on the track. It is worth between $220,000 and $275,000. This model of the Lamborghini racing range was extremely limited, with only around 700 units being made.
1Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992)
The most updated love affair for current fans of the Porsche is the new face of the Rennsport series, and this car was given pride of place inthe Gran Turismo movie. Between that scene at the Nurburgring and the model being showcased at a late 2022Gran Turismoe-sports event, it could mean this will be seen in the games soon.
With its incredible design and fresh look, this edition of the Porsche will start for sale at around $225,000. It’s set to become one of the rarest editions of the Porsche line ever to be released to the public, just asGran Turismohas becomeone of the most profitable racing game franchisesof all time.
