Builders of Greeceallows players to create their own city in Ancient Greece. Just like most city-building games, fans will have to gather food and collect resources to create various infrastructure buildings to keep the city thriving and increase its population and richness over time. Wine was quite important in Ancient Greek culture, which is why players will have to tend to grapevine plantations inBuilders of Greece.
This guide will show gamers how they can properly take care of any grapevine fields they might build inBuilders of Greeceso that they can run successful wineries in order to provide wine to the entire city.
How to Build Plantations
To build a plantation inBuilders of Greece, gamers will first have to open the Production Buildings tab and select the Grapevine Plantation. Players can place the Grapevine Plantation building wherever they would like, but they should make sure that they make enough room for the fields that they might want to build nearby.
In orderto start producing Grapes, players must first place fields in the area surrounding the Grapevine Plantation building. To do this, they have to select the building and then the fence icon on the right lower corner of the screen. Fans can place up to six fields close to the Grapevine Plantation. They can then build a Winery to turn the grapes into wine.
How to Water Plantations
Plantations will only be able to produce grapes if they are close to a water source, which is whyplayers must place a Noria nearby. If players skip this step, their plantations will start to wither, which will cause the fields to disappear completely.
The Noria can be found in the Administrative Buildings tab, but gamers won’t be able to build it without Ceramics. To get Ceramics inBuilders of Greece, players will have to attach a Clay Pit to a Clay Deposit, which will usually spawn by the water. Then, they’ll have to build a Ceramics Workshop so citizens can turn the Clay into Ceramics, thus making it possible to build the Noria.
When placing a Noria, the surrounding area will be marked blue so that players can check which buildings will be affected by it.
At the moment, players will only be able to enjoy theBuilders of GreecePrologue, as it is only available for those who want to playtest it. On February 27, it will enter early access, making it possible to access more features, even though they are still not fully developed.
