The Last Case of Benedict Fox, which released day one on Xbox and PC Game Pass in April 2023, is getting a new Definitive Edition upgrade on April 26. It will be free for PC and Xbox players, thanks toXbox Game Pass, while the new edition will cost $24.99 for PS5 players.

The Definitive edition will introduce a new combat arena (new challenges, demon fights, and a place to master skills), add brand new quests and puzzles, introduce new story content that delves deeper into Benedict’s past, overhauls combat, adds new animations, and makes a handful of changes to traversal. Of course, the fact that it is free on Xbox Game Pass might welcome back some players who otherwise dropped or moved on from the game.
