This is the case with Onions, as they arenot an ingredient that grows naturallyin the many biomes inDisney Dreamlight Valley. This guide will show players where they can get Onions so that they can include them in their meals.

How to Get Onions
As mentioned above, Onions do not grow on their own.Disney Dreamlight Valleyplayers must grow it themselves. To do this, they will first need tounlock the Forest of Valor. Once this biome is open, players willneed to locate Goofy’s Stall and repair it. Beyond that, players may need toupgrade Goofy’s Stallas his stock does change daily. At this stall, Goofy will sell several ingredients unique to the Forest of Valor. One of them happens to be Onion Seeds.
Once players have purchased some seeds, they can plant and water them. If players need more energy to plant seeds,there are many ways to restore it.Disney Dreamlight Valleyplayers should be prepared for a bit of a wait asOnions take a little over an hour to be ready for harvesting.
One important thing that players should keep in mind is the fact that they do not need to grow Onions in the Forest of Valor just because that is where seeds are purchased. Seeds can be planted anywhere, and as long as players stay on top of watering them, they can grow anywhere in the valley.
What Recipes Require Onions
Since Onion is a vegetable, it can be used in many recipes that require one or more vegetables. Somerecipes inDisney Dreamlight Valleyare very flexible. For example, if a specific vegetable isn’t called for in a recipe, players can use almost any vegetable. So if players are trying to make Grilled Vegetables (which requires just one vegetable), it won’t matter what vegetable is used since they will all work for that recipe.
That said, there are some recipes that require Onion and cannot be made without using that ingredient. A good example of this would be a Greek Pizza, which requires one Herb, one Tomato, one Onion, one Cheese, and one Wheat. Since it requires so many ingredients, Greek Pizza is a 5-Star recipeand restores a lot of energyforDisney Dreamlight Valleyplayers. Another, more simple recipe that requires Onions is Onion Puffs, which is a 3-Star recipe. Onion Puffs can be cooked with one Onion, one Egg, and one Cheese.
Occasionally, Disney characters will want an Onion as a daily favorite item. Other than that, Onions are pretty much just used for cooking and gifts.
