How to Make the Gleaming Gold Potion in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Golden Potato is an important piece of the puzzle, so players will need to get it first. Luckily, acquiring this potato is fairly straightforward. Simply go to Scrooge McDuck’s store in the Plaza and approach the safe in the back. The Golden Potato should be on the ground, in front of the safe.
If by any chance Dreamers have obtained the Golden Potato using a redemption code in an older update,then it won’t appear in Scrooge’s shop as the item is already claimed. After getting the Golden Potato, players will have to visit the following places and interact with the Transfiguration Stone to make the Gleaming Gold Potion:
Mystical Cave
With the Golden Potato in hand, go to the Mystical Cave in the Dazzle Beach biome. Once there, players will need to go downstairs, where they will find an altar on a table. Placing the Golden Potato on this altar will convert it into a Golden Carrot, which players can pick up and resume their journey.
Elsa’s Cave
Next, Dreamers will need to go toElsa’s cave in the Forest of Valor. Once there, go inside, find the stone tablet, and put the Golden Carrot on it. This will transform the Golden Carrot into a Golden Crab.
Dream Castle
To find the next Transfiguration Stone, players will have to make their way to the Dream Castle. After reaching Dream Castle, ascend the staircase and place the Golden Crab on the stone, which can be found lying on the railing. Once done, the Golden Crab will disappear, and a Golden Night Thorn will spawn.
Merlin’s House
Now, grab the Golden Night Thorn and visitMerlin’s House in Peaceful Meadow. Here, players will find the last Transfiguration Stone on a table lying next to a book. Put the Golden Night Thorn on it to transform it into Gleaming Gold Potion.
What To Do With the Gleaming Gold Potion in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Unlike most materials inDisney Dreamlight Valley, Gleaming Gold Potion can’t besold at Goofy’s Stallor gifted to NPCs to raise friendship levels. Its purpose is a mystery as of now, but hopefully, it will find a purpose in the upcoming updates.
