Right now,Ubisoft is busy promotingAssassin’s Creed Mirage, which is set to launch at some point in 2023. Considering this, it may be quite some time before fans of the franchise seeAssassin’s Creed Redin action, and so YouTube channel TeaserPlay has stepped up to provide a concept video of what the game might look like. TeaserPlay is a channel that specializes in creating Unreal Engine 5 videos for hypothetical gaming projects, though in this case,Assassin’s Creed Redactually exists.

The video showcases what anAssassin’s Creedtake on Feudal Japanwould be like if it were built using Unreal Engine 5, though it’s unlikely that the realAssassin’s Creed Redwill use that engine. Ubisoft will likely use its Ubisoft Anvil engine to build the game, as it’s done withAssassin’s Creed Valhallaand is currently doing with the upcomingAssassin’s Creed Miragegame.

This isn’t the first time that TeaserPlay has made a video about anAssassin’s Creedset in Feudal Japan. A few months ago,TeaserPlay made a video aboutAssassin’s Creed Infinity(before it was revealed to be more of a hub than an actual video game), imagining it in a Feudal Japan setting. This video had quite the strong reaction, amassing over 2 million views and thousands of positive comments, with many wishing for Ubisoft to create an officialAssassin’s Creedgame set in Japan.

WithAssassin’s Creed Red, fans of the franchise are finally getting their wish. First they can focus on thelaunch ofAssassin’s Creed Miragenext year, and then they can look forward to seeing more ofAssassin’s Creed Redin action.
