Lahabrea, Elidibus, and Emet-Selch

The most notable members of the Convocation are the survivors of the Final Days who were never sundered: Laharea, Elidibus, and Emet-Selch. Together, they founded the Ascians with thegoal of restoring Zodiark. As Ascians, they were among the main villains throughoutFinal Fantasy 14’svarious expansions.

Lahabrea was a specialist in the creation of phantom entities whooversaw Pandaemonium, which was where the most dangerous ancient creations were researched. It was recently revealed that he had a son, Erichthonios, with a colleague named Athena. While he was unsundered, Emet-Selch did once mention that his soul degraded due to constantly changing host vessel bodies.

Elidibus was the only member of the Convocation to wear white robes, and was sacrificed to becomeZodiark’s heartduring the Final Days. However, he left Zodiark to try and mediate between the Convocation and the other ancients. His true name was Themis, and he was a close friend of Azem. Like Lahabrea, though he was not sundered, he endured mental degradation over time, losing most of his memories.

Emet-Selch is the only one of the three unsundered ancients who kept most of his soul and memories over time. He was the keeper of the aetherial realm in the Convocation, and his true name was Hades. He was particularly close to Azem and an ancient outside the Convocation named Hythlodaeus. As an Ascian,Garlemald was his pet projectand used the empire to sew chaos across Eorzea. He learned about the Final Days in Elpis but ultimately had his memory wiped.

Loghrif, Mitron, and Pashtarot

Loghrif was in charge of terrestrial lifeforms and husbandry. Her true name is Gaia, and she had a loving partnership with Mitron, who was another Convocation member. She and Mitron’s sundered fragments constantly reincarnated together until she was killed by Ardbert on the First and got reincarnated alone.

Mitron of the Convocation was an authority figure in terms of aquatic life. His true name was Artemis, and he lived at the Akadaemia Anyder where he studied walking sharks, flying whales, and other such creatures. With Loghrif, Mitron was assigned to the First to destroy the world and make it rejoin with Zodiark, but he was defeated by Ardbert.

Nabriales.

Pashtarot is a Convocation member with many unknowns. He was last seen at the end of 2.0, and it is possible he still lives as a fragmented Ascian, or he was killed by someone else such as Gaius. His true name is unknown, but it is known that his seat on the Convocation was dedicated to order and discipline.

Fandaniel, Altima, and Halmarut

Fandaniel is a member of the Convocation that fans know a lot about by the end ofEndwalker. His original name was Hermes, and he was the overseer of Elpis where various creations were tested before being released to the rest of the world. His specialty was birds, and he created Meteion - which resulted in the Final Days. However, he erased his own memories so mankind could be tested to see if they were fit for the world. He was sundered and became Amon, with his personality changed. He is the one Ascian who did not believe in their mission, wishing to destroy the world instead of remaking it.

Altima, like Pashtarot, is a member of the Convocation who has not been seen a lot. It’s known that their seat is for an ancient who is an arts advocate, so it was likely that Altima was well versed in writing and theatre before the sundering. The last they were seen was in 2.3, and it was later revealed their mask is on Gaius' belt.

Halmarut was the head of plant and fungallife in Etheirys. He has never been witnessed in the modern era, so it is likely his fragmented self lives unaware of his past and never became an Ascian. He was a resident of the Akadaemia Anyder before the Final Days.

Nabriales, Igeyorhm, and Deudalaphon

Nabriales was one of the sundered Ascians, and was defeated in 2.5, yet the role of his seat in the Convocation is still unknown. He helped Lahabrea a lot, and independently he tried toinitiate a Rejoiningin a confrontation with the Scions of the Seventh Dawn but failed. In combat, he used a lot of earth and time-based magic.

Igeyorhm is the Convocation member specialized in skills of rhetoric and enlightenment. After she was sundered, shejoined the Asciansand worked hard to get the 13th shard to fall and rejoin Zodiark. She ultimately failed, destroying the fragment by turning it into a Void that should not be used by Zodiark. She wanted to repent by helping Lahabrea on the Source, but is defeated by the Warrior of Light in 3.0 after a fight in the Aetherochemical Research Facility.

Deudalaphon is the Convocation member with the least amount of information available. Like Altima, their mask is on Gaius' belt, which could mean they are dead or simply that Gaius beat them in combat and received their mask.

Emmerololth and Azem

Emmerololth was the specialist in healing and medicine in Etheirys. Most known about her is from the Eureka content, as she sought the primal Eureka to grant a wish. She was defeated in 2.1 by Galuf Baldesion, who cast her and the island intothe Lifestream. However, she was seen alive in a meeting with the Ascians in 2.3, but fans considered this Emmerololth to be a different fragment.

Azem is the seat of the counselor to the people, and overall traveler; known to be close to Emet-Selch, Elidibus, and Hythlodaeus. Their fragmented soul created theWarrior of Light in the Sourceand Ardbert in the First. Out of all the ancients, it is likely that fans will keep learning more about Azem since their Warrior of Light is deeply connected in.
