In the game, there is an89% chance of having a single baby, a10% chance of having twins, and just a1% chance for triplets. In order to conceive multiples, players can take certain measures and influence the outcome.
Use the Fertile Reward Trait
InThe Sims 4, the only method that boosts the chances of having triplets is tobuy the Fertile trait.Go to the reward storeto get the “Fertile” reward trait for3,000 satisfaction points. If players are low on satisfaction points, they can earn them by completing Whims or using the following cheat: sims.give.satisfaction_points x (desired number of satisfaction points).
