Once the job has been equipped to Kasuga, he will be able tosummon Sujimon in regular fights. This can prove to be priceless, especially when you are dealing with a particularly tricky opponent. Players can adjust their party and choose the Sujimon that they think will be useful for that particular fight. It is recommended to pick the strongest Sujimon.
Given the nature of the job, it would have been incredible if theother party members couldalso be equipped with Sujimancer. Whilethe Sujimancer job is powerful, it does have its downsides.
