As players start their time withMeet Your Maker, they will have access to one ranged weapon, one melee weapon, and one suit. While this gear is perfectly serviceable, there are more weapons and an additional suit that fans should eventually unlock. This guide is here to explain exactly how that is done, and it will help fans expand their loadout options inMeet Your Maker.
Meet Your Maker: How to Unlock Weapons and Suits
Players that are interested in unlocking new weapons and suits inMeet Your Makershould begin by playing through the game’s tutorial. After learning the basics, fans ofbase building gameswill gain access to theirAdvisors, a group of characters that are seated to the right of the Command Center. Among those characters areChrona, the Weapons Advisor, andProsarmogi, the Suits Advisor, and their positions have been indicated on the image that is below.

With the locations of the Advisors established,Meet Your Makerplayersshould feel free to interact with Chrona and Prosarmogi in order to peruse their additional offerings. Specifically, the Weapons Advisor can be used to unlock the Arc Barrier defensive weapon; the Falconic Plasmabow ranged weapon; and the Sledgeblade melee weapon, and the Suit Advisor has a melee- and speed-focused set available.
Fans should not expect to unlock all these gear pieces at once, though, as they must bepurchased with Cells and Parts. For the uninitiated,Cellsare awarded each time a player evolves their Chimera or increases their Tribute Level. While there is quite a lot to say about the specifics of those core progression systems, the important thing to know at that start is that GenMat, which is obtained by raiding andbuilding levels inMeet Your Maker, is what ultimately leads to the acquisition of Cells.

With respect to thePartsthat are needed for unlocking weapons and suits, that material has a chance to drop on the ground when a trap is destroyed or a guard is dispatched during a raid. Additionally, players can claim Parts by returning to theMeet Your MakerOutpoststhat they have built, as raiders will drop materials when they are slain.
One final thing to mention is that players can temporarily increase the drop rate of Parts by activating the Weapon Advisor’s Boost. This activation requires that Cells and Synthite be spent, and it is performed through the Boost tab that appears at the top of the screen when interacting with the character. Notably, there is no Boost that simply increase the number of Cells that are awarded, though the Hardware Advisor’s Boost, which increases GenMat awards, will speed up the rate of Cell acquisition.

Meet Your Makeris available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
