The missiles have very aggressive tracking and thus can counter the Oppressor Mk II very easily. It also gives great protection to the seated players as it can take up to 6 homing missiles or 2 RPGs. It also got its price reduced in the summer of 2023.

On top of that, Toreador has much better handling and acceleration even without the rocket boost. It has the same firepower and armor as the Stromberg. The combined rocket boost and superior handling give Toreador much better maneuverability against the Oppressor Mk II. Finally, Toreador is a 4 seater vehicle while Stromberg is just a 2 seater so players can take more friends with them.
