The painter of thisWitcher 3artwork is u/Nestei and their recreation of Priscilla is downright impressive. In this portrait, the noted singer and poet from the game is wearing their teal and light orange top while holding her favored instrument, the lute. The artist made sure to match the colors well, and even added in the detailed design on the instrument. She looks just as she does when she first appears in the game, during a memorable cutscene in which she sings.Priscilla is a memorable part ofThe Witcher 3, and u/Nestei did well to transfer her look to a canvas.

Unfortunately, u/Nestei doesn’t touch on their exact process, but the results speak for themselves. Priscilla’s hands, face, and clothing are just as detailed as they are inside ofThe Witcher 3. Her hair even appears to have individual strands, which must have taken both a smaller painting brush as well as an experienced hand to get right.

Priscilla is awell-liked NPC from the world ofThe Witcher 3and her songs and associated quests are memorable to say the least. One problem, however, is how this character ends up after the events of the game. Some players can’t stand to see the misfortune that befalls this character, though at least art pieces like this show her at her best.

Then again, this mix of emotions and the powerful reaction from fans just goes to show how beloved the game has become. The announcement thatThe Witcher 3is coming to next generation consolesfurther confirms the game’s popularity. Either way, the painting is an impressive tribute to a great character fromThe Witcher 3.

The Witcher 3is available now for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions in development for Q3/Q4 2021.
