Easter eggs are a traditional feature of anyBorderlandstitle, with the games often looking to reference other popular media in the easter eggs they provide, such as aSmurfsEaster egg inTiny Tina’s Wonderlandsand aRick and Mortyeaster egg inBorderlands 3. OneTiny Tina’s Wonderlandplayer has stumbled on something a little different than a reference to another IP. In the Brighthoof area of the map, Reddit user Chimichangas823 found a wholesome easter egg featuring all the Gearbox developers.

The picture can be found in a portal under the entrance to the docks in Brighthoof and serves as a nice nod to all the devs that worked hard to makeTiny Tina’s Wonderlandswhat it is today. At first, a fewBorderlandsfans were worried that the game would be something that could’ve acted as a DLC expansion toBorderlands 3.Yet with the major changesTiny Tina’s Wonderlandshas brought to the franchise, many are now enjoying theDungeons & Dragonsinspired adventure as another greatBorderlandstitle.

While developers can sometimes end up at odds with the fans of a given game, such as the rocky relationship betweenHalo Infinite’splayers and the team at 343 Industries, manyBorderlandsfans were happy to see a nod to the people that had madeTiny Tina’s Wonderlands, with a few commenting on Chimichangas823’s Reddit post about how wholesome it was to include such a tribute to the devs. WithTiny Tina’s Wonderlandsenjoying positive reception from both fans and critics, many are glad that the developers who created the game are being immortalized in the game itself.
