Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Dooris a remake of the classic game from the GameCube. The game follows Mario and his friends as they search for the Thousand-Year Door and the treasure behind it before anyone else can reach it.

In the game, Mario can find Badges that will help him and his friends out. Some will help his stats, some may give him new attacks, and others may help him in battles. If players find a Badge with a P at the end of the name, those Badges will help his partners. Here are all of the Badges and where to find them.

All Attack Badges

There are 15 Badges in the game that Mario can find and equip to add new attacks for him to use. Here they all are, along with where to find them and what they do.

Hammer attack – burns a target

There are 44 Badges that Mario can find that will help him in some way while battling. Here is a breakdown of them all, where to find them, and what they do.

All or Nothing

Palace of Shadow

Powers up Action Commands, but if done incorrectly, they won’t do anything.

Pit of 100 Trials

Protects Mario from status conditions

First Attack

Purchase from Lovely Howz

If Mario lands a First Strike on a weaker enemy, they will instantly be defeated.

Powers up Hammer Attacks but disables Jump Attacks.

HP Drain P

Poshley Heights

When attacking an enemy, a partner’s HP will restore a bit.

Powers up Jump Attacks but disables Hammer Attacks.

P-Down, D-Up

Pirate’s Grotto

Mario’s defense is increased by 1, and his attack is lowered by 1.

P-Down, D-Up P

Boggly Woods

A partner’s defense is increased by 1, and their attack is lowered by 1.

Mario takes and inflicts +1 more damage.

A partner takes and inflicts +1 more damage.

Action Commands are easier, but Star Power is decreased.

Super Appeal P

If a partner uses Appeals, they will get more Star Power.

Action Commands are harder, but Star Power is increased.
