Where to Find Rayhound in Palworld
Alpha Rayhound Location
Players have a chance to encounter an Alpha Boss Rayhoundat the end ofthe dungeons located in the Dessicated Desert. These Pals are typically between levels 37 and 40, but there is no guarantee that the final boss of a dungeon will be the Alpha Rayhound, so players may need to either reset the dungeon or clear the current Alpha and try again in another dungeon.
Wild Rayhound Location
Wild Rayhound can be found all throughout the center and bottom areas of theSand Dunes region of the Dessicated Desert. Rayhound encountered in this area are primarily Level 30 and higher and can be found at any time during the day or night. They are fairly common throughout this entire area, so it shouldn’t take long before you encounter one.
How To Catch Rayhound in Palworld
Players looking to successfully catch a wild Rayhound will want to use a higher level Pal Sphere, such as a Hyper Sphere or Ultra Sphere, to increase their odds of catching this Pal. Rayhound are incredibly fast and won’t hesitate to use this speed to escape from the player, which can make them annoying to secure. Nevertheless, there are more than enough of them around that players shouldn’t have too much trouble adding Rayhound to their Pal team.
Rayhound Work Suitability & Skills in Palworld
Rayhound is a particularly useful Pal to catch and use as a Ground mount for traveling throughout Palpagos after obtaining its saddle. His unique Partner Skill,Jumping Force, allows players to double-jump while mounted on their Rayhound. It features only one Work Suitability, Generating Electricity Lv. 2, which isn’t as strong as the higher leveled suitability of other Electric Pals such as Grizzbolt. However, since players can obtain Rayhound much earlier on in their Palworld experience, it is still helpful toput to work on powering stationsin the player’s Base.
