Muhammad Ali will be available to unlock as a playable character by completing the “Sting Like A Bee” Solo Contests from July 31 to August 4. Ali comes will a host of special moves modeled after his illustrious boxing career, and players will also be able to earn the “Sting Like a Bee” Medallion currency through Showdown Tournament and Solo Contests to redeem for further rewards fromWWE Champions’new Prize Wall - such as an assortment of Muhammad Ali-themed cosmetic items.
Launched on Android and iOS in 2017,WWE Championsisa free-to-play puzzle RPGin which players unleash attacks on their opponents by matching falling gems in a similar fashion to titles likeBejeweled. The game’s roster of playable characters includes a mix of currently active and legendary WWE Superstars, includingWWE 2K23cover star and Showcase Mode staple John Cena.
